Best way to clean the registry is with a registry cleaning program like CCleaner. But, if you want to do it manually, in the registry editor go to Edit>Find. In the box type Hamachi and then click Find Next. If it finds anything double check and make sure it's actually from Hamachi. If it is, proceed to delete it. After the editor doesn't find any more entries, reboot your PC. Then you can continue reinstalling or whatever you want to do.

If that's what you already have done, the only option is to try doing it manually (also check your Program Files folder for a Hamachi folder, sometimes if files aren't deleted from the uninstaller they will remain in the old directory of the program).
